Masuichi House is now open.
In April 2026, two new establishments—”Sanada-tei Sweets Café” and “Naka Chestnut Confections”—opened within the vicinity of the Obusedo and Masuichi-Ichimura Sake Brewery group.
By renovating existing structures, we offer a fresh way to experience this area.
Obusedo – Opening of a New Store: A Message
While both locations are dedicated to the production, sale, and service of chestnut confections, their second floors have been converted into guest accommodations:
“Masuichi House Sanada-tei” and “Masuichi House Naka.”
These spaces blend modern comfort with the profound depth of history, providing an environment well-suited for extended stays.
Much like the kurabito (brewery workers) at Masuichi who stay on the second floor of the sake brewery during the brewing season, you will be staying on the second floor of the very buildings where our chestnut confections are crafted.
We hope that this experience allows you to feel a close, personal connection to the daily operations of Obusedo and the Masuichi-Ichimura Sake Brewery.
